How to place an exchange request?
Our replacement policy is valid for 3 days after delivery. To request a replacement, please contact us on support@fantasticclub.in at with your order details.
How long does delivery take?
We usually dispatch orders within 24–48 hours, and delivery takes 3–5 working days for online orders, and5-10 business days for COD orders.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can check your order status anytime in the"chat inbox” on left corner. Once shipped, you’ll also receive a tracking ID via SMS on your registered mobile number and/or anemail.
How much does shipping cost?
We provide free shipping all over India. For fast shipping we charge INR. 29. International shipping is coming soon.
