FantasticClub Replacement/Exchange Policy
At FantasticClub, we offer a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 72 hours from the time you receive your order to request an exchange.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be in the same condition as received

It must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

Original tags must be intact
-
The item must be returned in its original packaging

Order receipt or proof of purchase is required
How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, contact us at support@fantasticclub.in with the following details:

Order number
-
Reason for exchange
-
Any relevant details or supporting images, if applicable
Items sent back without prior exchange approval will not be accepted.
Exchange Process
Once your exchange request is approved:

We will arrange a return pickup from your address
-
Please hand over the original, unused product in its original packaging to the delivery agent

We strongly recommend recording a video while handing over the item for future reference
FantasticClub.in is not liable for courier-related errors. We reserve the right to cancel or reject an exchange if an incorrect or used product is returned.
Important Notes

A restocking fee of ₹150 per item will be charged for exchange of colours or sizes.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable

Only one exchange per order is permitted

For Partial COD orders, the prepaid amount is non-refundable

No return or exchange is allowed on orders placed during sale
No Returns or Refunds
FantasticClub.in does not accept returns or issue refunds, except in exceptional situations outlined below.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us right away so we can assess and resolve the issue.

In rare and unavoidable cases where refunds are approved:

Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of approval

The amount should reflect in your account within 3 to 5 business days
Refunds will not be issued in cases involving:

Negligence
